Hello! My name is Zenna Krull and I am a 2026 Setter/Opp based out of Burnsville MN. I’ve been playing volleyball since I was in second grade, which would now be 8 years ago! Ever since I started to play I fell in love with the game, setting high goals to make it to play in college. I knew that it would be difficult (and still is) but something about my personality is I’m ambitious and I will work hard to make my goals come true.
One of my strongest things is my mental toughness and my ability to scan the court to make smart decisions on where the ball should go. I am a team leader and I always lead by example even if that’s from going to run after a ball to leading my team on the court. I am a very coachable person and try to assist my team in any way I can to help them succeed. I’m always striving to be the hardest worker on my team and to always keep it positive even when it’s hard.
In the classroom, I work hard to maintain my grades. I transferred schools from my 9th-grade year to my 10th-grade year from Apple Valley High School to DeLaSalle High School. Transferring to a college prep school opened my eyes to what will be my future. This has pushed me to do better in many different ways such as learning time management, learning better study habits, and in addition better communication. I currently play volleyball year-round playing High School in the fall and playing Club in the winter.
In the future, my goal is to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the volleyball court. I am open to all colleges and levels, but ultimately find one at the highest level of competition possible.
