Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Zoe Schuele and I attend Holy Family Catholic High School in Victoria, Minnesota. I'm a Junior in the Class of 2024 and play Volleyball both for my high school team as well as a competitive club season with Vital Volleyball Club out of Eden Prairie, MN.

In the summer, I enjoy playing in a sand volleyball league 2 on 2, where we get to compete in 5 different weekend tournaments playing against 14's to 18's 2 on 2 teams.

My position is Setter and I've been fortunate to run a 5-1 offense for our high school team and traditionally compete with a 6-2 offense on my Club Team. I was voted captain for my high school team so i'm really looking forward to my senior season. Last year I set our all time record for ace serves in a season at 52. Many goals to drive for this year, one of them is to break this ace serves record, but more importantly is to get my hitters to have over 300 kills in a season. I was able to get my outside over 300 last year and my middle over 200 kills. I want to push for getting 3 hitters over 300 kills in a season, it has never been done before. This would really help me showcase my teammates and the great abilities they have as hitters. As a setter, what more could you want?

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
