Anna Ryan '20 Recruiting Profile

Athletics are a big part of my life, but academics and leadership are always my top priority.  I have played many sports including soccer, swimming, softball, track and field and triathlon, but volleyball is my sincere passion!  It is my goal to play volleyball... the ultimate team sport at a highly competitive level while attending a university with top tier academics.

My coaches continuously tell me that I have great vision, I am coachable, and an exceptionally intelligent player.  As a student of the game, I look at every play as an opportunity to learn and lead.  I strive to bring exceptional character,  commitment and work ethic to our team every day.  I love the feeling of team camaraderie, meeting new people, developing new friendships, learning new skills and inspiring teammates (and myself) to improve.
