Addison Avondet '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Addison Avondet and I play for Pierce City High School in Missouri. I will be a 2026 graduate. I have started and been a 6-rotation player my first three years of high school volleyball. I am an DS/OH/L. I started playing volleyball in 3rd grade for a community league which my mom coached. Because my mom was coaching, I was exposed to the game of volleyball early on and fell in love with the game. I began playing club volleyball when I was twelve, and have played club since then. I am a three-sport athlete in high school. I’ve been the starting point guard on the varsity basketball team since my freshman year. I have also been on the varsity track team since my freshman year and I qualified for state last year. I strive to not only be a better athlete, but also a better student. I thrive in the classroom with a 4.0 GPA and am currently taking two dual credit college courses. I achieved academic all-state both my freshman and sophomore years. I participate in many extracurricular activities including FCA, FBLA officer, NHS officer, Student Council, class representative, and math league. I am an active leader in my school and look to improve not only myself, but my school community. My goal is to play college volleyball while earning a college degree.
