I have been playing volleyball since fourth grade. My first time stepping on the volleyball court, I knew it was my dream to play at a college level. This has motivated me to become a better player and teammate. I know that playing at a high college level is an experience that will change my life.
I have a strong serve; I can switch from a jump float to more of a topspin serve. I am a strong team leader on and off the court and I try to lead the team by my example. I have quick movement and strong court awareness. I am a very coachable player and strive to be the most hardworking and dedicated player.
In the classroom, I take my education to heart and work to maintain my GPA and overall grades. I have volunteered at the local sports center to help children; I have also helped at an elementary school every year to help the staff get ready for the upcoming school year.
I want to attend a college that will continue to push me in the classroom and on the volleyball court. I am open to many options and want to find the right college match for the highest level of competition for my ability. I want to use this opportunity to grow as a player and a young woman, so I can make my parents and family proud.
