Trista Alexander '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Trista Alexander, and I play for Seeley-Swan High School in Seeley Lake, Montana.  My goal is to be able to play volleyball at the higher level because I love the sport and the hard work you have to have in order to get there. I will assure you that I would do what's best for my teammates, and for myself. Not only have I done other sports, such as track, boxing, and basketball, but I have focused my sports career on volleyball because of the love I have for this sport. I've trained myself to give it all in practices, in games, and in my academics as well. During the off-season, I am always looking for ways to keep in shape, being consistent in my form, have regular endurance training, and working on my positive attitude.  I'm always looking for ways I could be better as a leader to help my team and to help myself, including hard work and dedication.
