I come from a very small down in the middle of nowhere. However, that doesn't stop me working for and achieving my dreams and goals. I love volleyball with a passion. I can go to practice for 6 hours a day and I would be hot to trot to come to practice the next. It would feel good to create a bond with teammates in a little bit of a different atmosphere than the one I am exposed to here. I would truly love the opportunity and I wouldn't waste time in practice. I have always craved criticism from teammates and coaches and respect them as well.
My freshmen year, I was the JV setter. I love the setting position and I love the responsibility. However, the next two years, I was moved to outside, and fell in love with the position there. I also jump serve, and feel as though my defense and offense have improved in the past years substantially. And I would truly be honored to share my talent and passion with the next team in my future!
Academically speaking, shouldn't be a concern. I have had a 4.0 GPA since freshmen year. I have also participated and qualified in state all 3 years for FFA, have been apart of the band for 6 years, and am the current D2 Extemporaneous Speaking Champion. I also participate in 4-H, and have my own flock of sheep. But throughout high-school, and the participation of the events, I have maintained my physical fitness and true love for volleyball!
