Personal Statement
A volleyball court is my favorite place to be. I have played gymnastics, basketball, softball; if it's a sport I have played it, but I have never loved anything like I love volleyball. This sport is not only my escape from life's craziness but it is one of the most valued things in my life. With my love for the sport I also have a huge love for the team aspect. Being a part of a team is like having a second family and when we're all on that court together it's like magic.
Apart from volleyball I have always loved to learn. My sisters and friends always think it is weird that I get excited to go to school, but learning is like sports for my brain. My faith is also extremely important to me. Christianity plays a key role in my actions in school and on the volleyball court. This being said I will not make my college decision based on if a school is Christian or not.
My biggest hope and prayer is that I will receive the opportunity to go to school that not only provides a great pre-med program, but one that provides me with what I enjoy most, playing volleyball.
