I have been playing softball since I was 4 and I immediately fell in love with the game. I started playing softball seriously when I was 11 when I began playing travel ball.
Throughout the past 2 years I have had personal training 3 days a week, with focus on my strength, hitting and pitching. I feel with the extra training I have really improved a lot in the areas I needed more repetition in and by being continuously pushed in my workouts I know I can continue to grow. My main positions are pitcher, shortstop and 2nd but I can play anywhere that is needed.
My goals extend much more than I can describe in this statement, the goals I set for myself shape me for the future that I have envisioned since I was young. My goals include being a hard working successful softball player, an honor student and beginning to set the foundation to reach my career goals. What makes me different from others is that I train for everything I want to be successful in, I work hard in everything I do and I always want to be one step ahead by trying to learn something new with every experience life throws at me. What makes me a good candidate is that I never take anything for granted and I jump at every opportunity to grow as an individual off and on the field.
