Hello, My name is Kaitlyn Romero. I am 15 years old, I am a Native American from the Pueblo of Laguna. Iam a Sophomore and recently got accepted to attend Sherman Indian School, Riverside CA. I Kaitlyn was attending Laguna Acoma Highschool Located in the Pueblo of Laguna. In my 8th - freshman year,q I Kaitlyn received certificates for Honor Roll student, Lamp of Knowledge and for participation in the following Sports 8th grade year was volleyball, Basketball, baseball. My Freshman year was volleyball, Basketball, and softball. I also received my Letter for being able to get selected to play in the State Softball games. I enjoy school, I am a hard and dedicated student, I make sure all school work is turned in so I am eligible to participate in every game. I know I have started off being on the C - Teams, which I worked very hard to bump myself up to being on the Jv /Varsity level. My goal is to graduate, get a scholarship and play in college sports of my choice. If I don't receive a scholarship I would like to be a Native American Woman to Study in the field of Sports Medicine.
