To me, building bonds with teammates and coaches is everything you need to reach success in volleyball. With that being said, I would have to say one of my biggest goal is to have the experience of being on a team and having a strong bond with them. Where the team knows me as a person and not just someone that's on the court with them. I try my best to work at any difficulties that come my way and if I don't understand something or it doesn't feel right, I'm never afraid to ask for help. I push myself to be a better player and fix the things I know aren't working for me. I try to take feedback from any coach or former players as much as I can and use it to strengthen my skills for my future team.
