Myia Murphy '23 Recruiting Profile

In fourth grade, I started playing volleyball and I absolutely loved it.  I participated in all the camps and training sessions I could, so that I could improve my skills and get better. Now, I'm playing for the top team at my club and for my high school team. I learned how to be a part of my team and be confident in myself. Volleyball has helped me grow as a athlete and a person. 

I hope to graduate high school on Principal Roll and continue to play volleyball at a high level. I would like to attend a college where I can continue to grow as a volleyball player and focus on academics. My goal is to become a Zoologist. I want to be able to help and take of animals, and educate others on conservation of wildlife. It's been my dream to be a part of Team USA and hope that I might have an opportunity to move towards that goal.
