Danielle Marullo '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Danielle. and I'm in my 5th year of club. I started setting 5 years ago and I am always working on improving other areas of my game. All through middle school I was team captain I am a dedicated, strong and supportive player and teammate. My sophomore season I was the starting setter with a great core of returning players. I am very coachable and strive to be the hardest working player for my high school & club teams. I listen to instructions and take pride in myself in not having to be asked twice by fixing or correcting things right away. I maintain a positive attitude towards my coaches, team-mates, and myself. I am a very competitive person and want to do my very best at all times. I am a player that likes to be pushed and work as hard as I can.

My goal as a player is to continue volleyball through to the collegiate level and in the long term I would continue to keep volleyball in my life by coaching or helping other players. The love I have for the sport of volleyball is unconditional and I will do anything for the sport by continuously to push myself to get better. I’m looking to study Sports Management and am also willing to explore any option geographically at this point.
