Hello! My name is Aileen McPartland and I am ending my junior year of high school and going into my senior year in fall of 2020. I started playing volleyball at a young age and in most of my volleyball club career I have played above my age level. Playing above my age level has made me into a mature athlete and has shaped me into a very respectful and considerate teammate. I try my best to preform well as an individual but I also value and respect the team as a whole. I always maintain a positive energy for my team on and off the court and have been known to be a leader for many of my club teams. I love the athletic aspect of volleyball and the work/conditioning that is needed to compete at a high level. I enjoy the mental challenge and focus that is required to play volleyball. I have been playing competitive volleyball since the age of 12 and I have learned to manage my time to be able to play while continuing to be an A student. My goal for college is to continue playing volleyball at a high level and maintain a high academic performance.
