Julia Costa '20 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball has been my passion since I started playing at 8 years old after watching my older sister play.  My goal is to play on a competitive collegiate team while receiving a valuable education. On the court I plan on being a forceful player as well as a positive influence on my team. I look forward to continuing to grow physically and mentally throughout my college career. My parents taught me at a young age the importance of hard work and dreaming big which is why I've always pushed myself to the limits in volleyball and academics trying to reach the next level. I am always looking to improve my skills and my game to help my team because I know I am nothing without my teammates.  I plan on studying health / exercise science and other studies that keep me close to volleyball forever.
