Grace Taylor '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'11 middle/right side hitter at South Glens Falls High School. I am a member of the varsity volleyball team in which i hope to pursue at a collegiate level. I also participate on the varsity track and field team as a sprinter and jumper. As a junior i led the teams in blocks and kills being honored the offensive player of the year award and making first team foothills all star. As a sophomore I led my team in blocks and was given the honor of being a second team foothills all star. I put focus on the feedback coaches give me as my top priority is focusing on becoming the best player I can be. I went to the Ireva high performance travel camp which has improved my game physically and mentally. On top of my athletic career I focus on getting the best education I can. I was inducted into both National Honors Society and Spanish Honors Society maintaining above a 90 every quarter. I hope to go to a school that not only allows me to get an education but the opportunity to play volleyball too. My family, coaches and friends have pushed me to be the person I am today. I am excited to see what my athletic and academic journey holds in the future.
