Jessica Connelly '20 Recruiting Profile

I am extremely passionate.I never give up. I adjust to advice rapidly. I have a high sense of self-motivation and self-awareness on and off the court. I know how to lead, I know how to learn. I pride myself in hope and having the ability to push my teammates to be better versions of themselves. My drive to win and leadership qualities would make me an excellent candidate for collegiate level volleyball. My work ethic on and off the court, as well as my determination to do my very best on the court, in the classroom, and in life, sets me apart from all other recruits. Playing since freshman year, and being a captain for 3 years, I feel like I am brushing the surface of my capabilities. Being in the top 15% of my class, I want to attend a school with coaches that push academics the same way they push volleyball. Despite not knowing what I want to do, my interests include social work, criminology, and psychology. Therefore, coachable, determined, passionate, motivated, work ethic, disciplined, and my overall drive to be better are all character traits that describe me. With this being said, I hope YOU can find a place for a 2020, Outside Hitter, at your prestigious university.
