Sara Bates '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello. My name is Sara Bates and I am in the class of 2022.  I am a 5’10” OH/DS playing club volleyball for Tri-State Elite 17 Blue in Cincinnati, OH.   I am a junior at Seton High School where I have played OH and RS on Varsity for three seasons in the GGCL, one of the strongest conferences in Ohio.  My club team, Tri-State Elite 17 Blue, is a competitive team that plays in the MidEast Power League and at multiple national tournaments throughout the year.  The thing I love most about volleyball is my teammates.  They are my family, and we support one another in our quest for excellence every time we are on the court.

I am very interested in playing volleyball beyond high school.  I believe my six rotation skill set and leadership skills would make me an asset on any team.  I am exploring college opportunities but haven’t yet decided on what major I will pursue, though I am interested in programs like environmental science, zoology and marine biology.   Please take a look at my profile, skills video and highlights videos and I hope you will agree.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
