My name is Megan Prsa and it has been a lifelong dream to play volleyball at a University/College level. I have been playing this sport for as long as I can remember, and being involved in volleyball has helped me develop a strong work ethic and a determined competitive edge that helps me both on and off the court. This work ethic has helped my Club team to an Eastern Canadian National Championship in 2014, and to also being selected as a 2 time 1st Team AllCity/All County All Star as a junior and senior. Motivation is the key to my success because whenever I set my mind to do something, I do everything in my power and faith to achieve it. I am a smart, coachable, adaptable athlete that would be more than willing to help any team reach their goals.
From an academic standpoint, I have made honour roll all four years of high school, and have maintained a balance between school and volleyball. I would love to pursue a Kinesiology/Excercise Science degree in hopes of studying physiotherapy, medicine, and/or teacher's college.
In conclusion, I feel that I could be a positive, enthusiastic asset to any team, and by playing at an elite level would finally help me to say that all my hard work has paid off!
