Leticia Zoe Martínez '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball for most of my life. I have trained with many coaches and have learned everything I know from each of them. My dream is to play at a college level because I believe that playing at such a level will better and prepare me to play with my country’s national team.

I am a good team candidate because I will always put all of my effort into the team and the game. I will also take in any tips or corrections from both my teammates and my coach. I have a very strong character which I believe has helped me incredibly during my learning process. I have never traveled for volleyball but I have had many other opportunities. When I was thirteen and fourteen I played with a sixteen under team and now that I’m fifteen I play in a seventeen under team. These experiences have shown and taught me how to play higher level volleyball and to be taken as a serious player despite my age.
