Tatiana Lopez Camacho '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tatiana Lopez and I am a 5'6" libero at CPN (Colegio Puertorriqueno de Ninas) with a 3.7 GPA student. My goal for the next two years at school volleyball is to help my team CPN win La Copa El Nuevo Dia National Championship and bring that championship to CPN for the first time in school history. As a sophomore  I was named School Varsity Athlete of the Year by participating in four different sports. I received the MVP Award in Varsity Basketball and Soccer, also received MVP and Best Defense in Jr.Varsity Volleyball. My two biggest personal achievements was to be selected Coaches' All Alliance Team (Softball)  and All Star Team Jr. Varsity (Volleyball) at the PRHSAA (Puerto Rico High School Athletic Alliance).
In 2015 at GEVA (Guaynabo Elite Volleyball Club) I played DS/SETTER helping my team qualified for the USA GJNC at New Orleans in the USA Division. At the Puerto Rico Jeep Championship, as a starting setter in the 16 Open Division, I helped my team finished 3rd place among the best teams in Puerto Rico.. For 2016 my goal, as a DS/ Libero, is to help my club team to qualify for the Girls' Junior National Championship and win the 17USA division.
Playing four different sports at school and playing club volleyball all year round, is very challenging, that is why I have to be very organize. I never miss practice and I also work very hard to get the best grades possible at a very competitive educational program such as CPN.
Although I play several sports, volleyball is what I really want to play at College. Sports is part of my life and I enjoy playing the game and making friends along the way. Therefore, I hope sports can give me the opportunity to get the best education possible. Education is my priority, and my goal is to become a well educated professional women.
