Hi, my name is Callie Johnson. I fell in love with this sport from the beginning and that happened to be in 6th grade. I was always in the gym because of my sister and mom. This sport has taught me many things, but one that stands out to me is, you have to work really hard if you want to accomplish your goals, nothing is given to you. Once you step on that court nothing else matters, just go out there, work hard and earn what you want because nothing is handed to you. I started playing in the 6th grade and have played varsity ever since. I have also played club ball since the 8th grade and been on the 18 and under team. I have play in Orlando, Florida for nationals and it was a great experience not just for me but for my whole team. I learned to watch how other players play the game and take things that they do to help myself get better and improve my game. I have gotten MVP's, 2 coaches awards all in my High School regular season and received all region in my Club season. I have also received all conference and all tournament . I feel like I still have a lot to learn and I'm eager to learn to help my team be the best it can.
