Kaitlin Thayer '16 Recruiting Profile

Ultimately my college goal is to become a student-athlete pursuing a career in Physical Therapy (PTA) as well as playing volleyball. I have participated in multiple team and individual sports that have aided me in establishing leadership skills. I am a driven individual and the more I learn and play, the more motivated I become to be the best I can be. With Sophomore year being my first club volleyball experience I have definitely improved my confidence and passion for the sport. I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach my full potential on the court. I am a team first player. The success of the team comes before individual accolades. Off the court, I maintain high standards for myself in regards to academics and the way I carry myself. I was taught that I am representing my family wherever I go. I have carried that ethic over to my team, to my school and to my studies. I will succeed in volleyball and my academic goals through hard work and dedication and I will carry myself in a manner that brings respect to whichever university I choose to attend.
