Personal Statement
I am Sofía Hernández Gutiérrez. I am an outside hitter, I’ve been in the varsity team since I was in 9th grade through a lot of hard work. My goal is to continue playing volleyball in college, since it’s a very good opportunity to keep playing what I love. I am a good candidate for your team because I want my teammates to do better, and grow as a team. I won’t let them down, and then encourage them to do their best in everything. I care about my teammates as if they are my sisters, because I want them to succeed not only academically, but in character.
