Volleyball has been a part of my life for as long as can remember. From watching my sister play when I was only 5 years old, and then starting to actually play in the 3rd grade. I've had a lot of experience with volleyball that makes me stand out from a lot of other players.
My 8th grade year my club team won the regional championship tournament to go to nationals in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Making it to nationals is probably my biggest accomplishment so far in my volleyball career. It was definitely an eye opener to see so many amazing volleyball players. Its changed my whole mindset about working hard and being the best I can possibly be. I'm definitely a player who is harder on herself than anyone else is. That includes volleyball, school, and just life in general. I believe that if you want to see a difference made then you have to be the one to take initiative and be the leader. I've always wanted to go far in volleyball no matter how far that be. As long as its the best I can possibly be.
