I have been playing volleyball since I was 15 years old. Since I first stepped on the court, I have aspired to play at the collegiate level. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my life. In 2018 I lost my stepfather who was one of my biggest supporters. This loss has made me more driven to reach my greatest potential.
I have quick movement on the court and strong blocking skills. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates to perform at their best at all time on and off the court. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a eligible GPA. I also play club volleyball with the Houston Aces Volleyball Academy and am currently a dual athlete participating in varsity track on my way to area in the 4x100 and 4x200. This school year I also played varsity basketball as a guard winning 2nd Team all District.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and make my parents proud.
