Ellie Shipman '24 Recruiting Profile

  I am interested in pursuing a degree in sports management. I am passionate about sports particularly volleyball. I have played varsity volleyball all four years of high school and I never come off the court. I am comfortable in all positions and am willing to play any position. I particularly played middle blocker. I am a coaches kid and have been around sports my entire life. I am a team leader with high character. I have a great work ethic and understand that things will not be handed to me and that I must work hard for what I want. I take care of my business in the class room and value the weight room and off season. I am a champion on and off the court.  Champions pursue trophies and rings with everything in them but more importantly they lead by serving, put their team before their own needs and understand that they represent their team 24-7.
