Personal Statement

Playing volleyball is a form of pure joy for me. I feel a rush of energy from the moment I'm on my way to practice until the gym closes. I always want to improve in anything I do, whether it's serving, receiving, hitting, or overall offense and defense. I always make sure I'm on top of my grades. I have a 3.5 GPA and place in the top 10% of my class. As a freshman I was selected for varsity volleyball and run varsity track & field; jumping long jump and high jump. I'm 5'10 and still growing, playing middle blocker, backrow, and jump serving. I'm very passionate about this game and I want to play for as long as I can. I have loved it from the first time I played volleyball.

I would like to use this opportunity to play collegiate volleyball and acquire my 4 year degree. I am interested in multiple fields of medicine.

Work out 6 out of seven days a week: lifting and agilities 3 days , running and ab workout 4 days.

AwardsI was nominated for the congress of future Medical Leaders Award of excellence. I have been awarded honorable mention in one act play and placed in Science 1 UIL. I'm currently also in A/B honor roll.
ActivitiesI'm involved in UIL activities such as one act play and science 1. I attend honors classes and hope to soon be taking dual credit. Also I'm a participant in FCCLA, and take a health science class. I'm also the President of Freshman student council.
