I, Erin Alaniz, have always had a full schedule of involvement in competitive sports. I am able to build strong relationships with my fellow teammates on and off the court. I have a major passion for Volleyball and believe it has taught me so much of what my future shall consist of. I work well under pressure and devote a minimum of 15+ hours a week to training during the season. During the off season I travel 2+ hours to a gym to work on volleyball training. Don't let me height fool you; I may be little, but I sure am quick and fierce!
