Emma Sheehan '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'10 outside hitter out of Katy, Texas. I have 4 years experience on a national level club team and have been a team captain on two of those as well as for my school. I also enjoy playing sand/beach volleyball. I have unique qualities to bring to a team for I have been taking care of my autistic sister for years and am blessed to have had the opportunity to be taught patience, time management, and people skills. Ideally, I'd like to be at a larger school in the southern more parts of the U.S. but am entirely open to universities up north as well. I would like to find a university where I can receive a good balance between classroom and court while still making an impact on the team. I have leadership qualities that I can contribute as well as the ability to maintain a positive atmosphere on the court. I am also very motivated and spend every day after school either on the court or in the gym.
