Personal Statement
I started playing in 7th grade and I was terrible. In 8th grade I had a different coach and I was scared but still excited for that season. During the summer before by ninth grade season I taught my self how to over hand serve it became my greatest weapon in the seasons to come. I had the same coach throughout high school until this coming season my senior year. I am nervous about a new coach but I am sure that this will be a great season and I am excited for all the new talent that is coming into our ranks. Volleyball has always been a coping mechanism for me because I could take my anger out on the ball and I want to continue this drive into college.
