Kendall Spriggins '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a small but powerful Middle Blocker.  I am also very versatile and can play both OH and OPP  hitter.   I continue to work on my vertical to enhance my blocking skills and my hitting skills.  Standing 5"9, I'm often considered a short middle and overall short hitter but my discipline in the sport will show that I'm both quick and powerful.    I put everything I have into this sport.  I am constantly honing my skills by attending privates, open camps, positional trainings, and fitness programs.    I’m very coachable and  will listen to and adhere to any coaching given to me without any argument to follow. Volleyball is my passion and I will go to the ends of the earth to succeed in it.

My  goals are to play at any college level.  I believe that I am an asset to any team because of my willingness to go above and beyond to achieve the team's common goals.  I set myself apart from others by always focusing on how both I and my team mates can be better as individuals and as a collective team.  I understand that it's not about being the best on the team but about being the best FOR the team.  

As stated above, I am very coachable and disciplined and will listen to all feedback, including constructive criticism as I know it will only make me a better athlete and overall a better person.
