Kennedy Adams '18 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball since I was 7 years old.  While being raised on the volleyball court, I realized that volleyball would be my true passion and I now show it every time I play. My dream is to play at the collegiate level and I hope to pursue volleyball at the international level. 

I am a great candidate for your program because I am versatile and can play every position at consistent and successful level. My ability to read the ball is exceptionally fast since I understand how each position works; I quickly rule out possibilities and successful options that the hitter on the other side of the net most likely will do. I have a good court sense: while I am in the air hitting or setting, I am continuously watching the defense and block on the other side and find the holes and weak spots. My attitude towards the game is most important though, every point is a national championship and that is how one can be successful. That is shown when I play with my intensity and cleverness in each game.

In the classroom, I show a competitive drive to do well in everything I do and maintain a high GPA; I put my best effort in everything I do and that is what sets me apart from others.

I do not give up because anything is possible. Anything can be done.
