My name is Natalia Rodriguez, and I am a 2024, 5’9” middle, and rightside hitter from San Antonio, Texas. I currently have a 9’4” approach touch as of the start of the 2022. I plan on being measured again at the start of 2023. My GPA is a 3.85, I scored 1140 on the PSAT, and I have registered to take SAT & ACT at the next available date. I have played national level club volleyball for 4 years, and attend Warren High School. I currently play for Impact VB 171 in San Antonio, TX. I am working with Meegan Wilmot NSR in my recruiting process. If you have questions or need to reach her please contact her at [email protected]. I am open geographically to a school which will fit my intended major, which is Business Administration. I am interested in architecture Design as well and minoring in something related to the entertainment field. I have earned First Team Academic All-District for volleyball, First Team All-District for volleyball, as well as President’s List for academics as well. My father is an immigrant from Mexico, and attending college will be a first for his family. To be a first-gen student will make not only me proud of myself, but my dad’s entire family as well. Coming from a poor background, attending college, let alone playing sports in college, was something not even on their radar. With all of this, I know I bring drive, determination, and personality to the team. I feel I’m a born leader, and I enjoy bringing my team up in the highest highs and the lowest lows. Keeping momentum and focus for the team is something I really take a lot of pride in. I am an unconventional person, and think outside the box. This translates into not only my personal style, but in my game-play as well. While I may not be the tallest player, I make up for it in agility, speed, determination and personality. Looking forward to speaking more!
