I have a passion for volleyball, and have had this passion for seven years. I would love to take this passion to the next level in college. I would like to attend a school that has a good volleyball team and offers a variety of classes for a variety of degrees. Specifically, I am looking for a school that provides criminology and criminal justice classes. I believe that I am a good fit for the setter position. I display great servant leadership and have a great work ethic. I have always been intrigued by how the human brain works and exactly how a person becomes mentally tough. I have learned so much through researching this topic and I have worked to become more mentally tough over the past few years. I enjoy the process of learning and getting better. I love to be pushed outside of my comfort zone to see how I react, adapt, and grow in the uncomfortable situations. I am excited to see how much I grow over the next year.
My work ethic carries into my academics. My passion for helping people and wanting to make an impact leads me to want to become a police officer and eventually be a part of a special victims unit. Problem solving, leadership, and mental toughness all play a huge part in both volleyball and law enforcement.
