Sydney Collins '18 Recruiting Profile

Making second team all-Region for volleyball as a sophomore has definitely been a highlight in my athletic career. However, this past season provided me with the greatest opportunity for growth as I was challenged to take up a greater role athletically and as a leader for my teammates as our seniors graduated. By playing a variety of new positions, I became a well-rounded player.

I would love to be given the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level in volleyball. I am dedicated to this sport and spend a lot of extra time in the gym after team practices working on my individual skills. As I continue my college search for the best fit, I would like to attend a school with rigorous academics that will challenge me to reach my full potential. I also want the same for my athletics and hope to be able to compete amongst athletes that are determined and strive to be the best so that I may further develop into a greater athlete.
