Bailey Gardner '19 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to be a student athlete.  Although volleyball is very important to me, I realize I must first put my energy into being a student to ensure I get the most out of the academic opportunity my college volleyball program is giving me.  I understand that what I get out of any experience will be equal to the effort I put into it.  I am somebody that always welcomes feedback and constructive criticism.  I LOVE being on a team.  The responsibility of having others rely on me is one that I welcome.  As a setter, I feel it is my responsibility to give my hitters the ball that best helps them to be successful.  In turn, I appreciate being surrounded by people that I am able to rely on to help me be successful.  Lastly, my personal character is something I take pride in.  I am a reflection of those that have raised me and those that are invested in me.
