I Add to Profilelook forward to my college years being filled with active participation in the sport I love and personal growth both on the court and in the classroom.
One of my main goals is to pursue a major in one of the science fields, setting myself up for a career in Physical Therapy/Sports Medicine.
I know that my actions reflect on myself, my team, coaches and university and I will work hard to be a leader, while being a positive, encouraging and energetic influence on and off the court.
Though I will be only 17 when I begin my college career, I have been competing since I was 10 years old at the highest level in both Track and Field and Volleyball. I have finished 5th, 4th and this last summer finished 2nd missing a National Championship by .01 meters in the Shot Put. In my first Club VB experience, in 2017, I competed as a 14 year old on Oly Reign VB U15 Team which finished 2nd at North Star Classic in Dallas, won The Emerald City Classic and finished 19th at USAVB Nationals. These experiences have taught me how to stay calm under the stress of competition and has helped me understand what it takes to compete at the national level, which has made me strive to work harder and improve each year.
I am excited to grow mentally and physically, meet new friends, accept new challenges and succeed on the court and in the classroom.
