Hello, my name is Caiya Carpenter. I have been swimming and playing sports for more than ten years, but I have discovered that water polo is my one true love. My goal is to be happy and to bring that happiness to those around me: my teammates, classmates, and family. Happiness through medical school, broadcast journalism or design would be nice. Now that I think about it, maybe I will pursue all three! 

I have the drive, strength and perseverance to give this sport everything I have mentally and physically (after school, of course). I am optimistic and know how to uplift my team even if we may be down by many. I love school and I understand the importance of maintaining my 4.0 GPA.
