Caroline Sandri '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'8" senior hole set from Union City, CA. I have 3 years of club experience with Ohlone Water Polo and competed with this team in the California Cup and Junior Olympics. I am the captain of my high school team and I was chosen second team all-league during my junior high school season. I was also awarded 1st Team All-League and 1st Team All-Section as a senior. For November, 2011 I was East Bay's Athlete of the Week. For September, 2011, I was East Bay's Honorable Mention Athlete of the Week.

Although I started the recruitment process later than most, I am extremely passionate about playing competitively at college and am interested in any and all divisions. I am seeking colleges that offer degrees in english. Although I would prefer to go to a college in California, out-of-state colleges are definitely not out of the question. Personally, I believe that an urban environment is more suited for me, but I am open to exploring rural and suburban environments for college. It is very important to me that I am able to receive personal attention in the classroom. I hope to work with a coach that will mold me as a player.
