Personal Statement
My first year playing water polo I got a concussion during our playoff game, but I pushed through and played the entire game. It wasn’t the smartest move but that was one of the biggest challenges I overcame in my life, because even though I was so hurt and tired I still pushed on for my team, my coach, and myself. I have many goals in college as to find many long lasting friendships and to work hard to be able to get good job opportunities. I am a very hard worker and in my last 2 water polo seasons I have missed 2 practices in total. I am a team player and always try to look at the positives whether we win or lose. I always give it 100% in and out of the pool and I am always ready to face a challenge.
