I started playing water polo my freshman year in high school and fell in love with the sport. I completed in the 2021 Junior Olympics with the Viper Pigeon Water Polo Club and this year I was chosen for the ODP program and made the Southwest Zones ODP team that traveled to Utah for the ODP West Reginal Championship. Then I was blessed and made the final 12 cut that traveled to California for the 2022 Girls National Championship. Recently my HS team went to TISCA State Championship, and we placed 3rd in the state. I played center, point, and center defender and helped my team with 6 goals in the final game. This summer my club 18 U team competed in the 2022 Junior Olympics, and we came in 2nd! I am looking forward to my senior HS year with UIL Texas adopting water polo as a new HS sport. It was an exciting weekend, and my HS came away with a big WIN! We went 30-0 this season and won the first ever UIL Texas State Championship! What a great way to end my HS water polo career by winning the first ever UIL state title!! I am so excited and hopeful to continue my water polo career in college.
