I started my wrestling career when I was just five years old, I wrestled until the age of nine then decided to try dancing. I was in dance for a couple years until I realized it wasn’t for me and I really missed wrestling. I returned to the mat room my sixth grade year and I’ve loved it ever since.
My coaches have helped me to improve these last few years. My main goal in wrestling is to hone my skills and become a state champion, and later go on to wrestle at the college level.
My biggest accomplishment so far was winning the Lancer Smith Memorial tournament, but I plan to accomplish bigger things next year. I placed 3rd in the state as a sophomore and 5th in the state as a freshman. My 2019 record was 28-1, 26 of those matches resulting in a fall. .
