Personal Statement

My name is Aeryn Rose Cox. I am an aspiring athlete and scholar. I am a 3-sport athlete competing in volleyball, wrestling, and swimming. In volleyball, I have become an accomplished setter.  In wrestling, my goal is to make it to state this year.  In swim, I enjoy swimming freestyle and breaststroke.

In addition to being an athlete, I also am the Apprentice Drum Major for Golden Hillmen Marching Band.

Maintaining a strong academic profile is very important to me.  I have a 4.0 GPA and have begun pursuing honors courses in math and English.  Last summer I took my first community college course in world history.

I am looking forward to continuing my athletic path in wrestling while pursuing my academic development to become a radiologist.
