Kinnley Smith '25 Recruiting Profile

I have been wrestling from a very young age. I didn't ever think as an 8 year old that Women's wrestling would blow up the way that it has. I am absolutely excited to see the growth in the sport and even more excited that I'm here at this time in history to be a part of it! I am a  determined athlete. I bring a can-do, positive attitude to the team. And I am one of the hardest workers you'll ever meet. I offer strong leadership qualities but am willing to listen to learn new things to add to my wrestling skill set. What sets me apart is my trainability. I know enough to be fairly successful in the sport but also know that  there is always more to learn and room for improvement.  I hope to get to continue my passion of wrestling at the collegiate level to not only grow in the sport and contribute to a women's wrestling team  but to gain an education in healthcare while doing so.  Thanks for taking a look!
