My name is Isabella, and I am a visually impaired wrestler with a deep passion for the sport and strong aspirations for my college career. My goal is to continue developing my wrestling skills while excelling academically and contributing positively to my team and community.
What sets me apart is my resilience and determination. Despite my visual impairment, I have consistently pushed myself to excel both on the mat and in the classroom. Wrestling has taught me the value of perseverance, strategic thinking, and mental toughness. These qualities have not only helped me succeed in competitions but have also shaped my character and work ethic.
Academically, I have maintained a strong record, balancing rigorous coursework with my athletic commitments.
In terms of character, I am dedicated, coachable, and a team player. I am passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and aim to inspire others through my journey.
I am excited about the opportunity to join a program where I can continue to grow, both as an athlete and as a student.
