This sport is 90% mental, 10% physical; this is what makes this sport so challenging. This is what makes the sport so alive, this sport determines what kind of a person you are. Are you a quitter, that is going to let your opponents control you, or are you a fighter that isn't going to stop until the ref is pushing you off? I'm a fighter, though I would be lying if I said "I never wanted to quit". But having that thought, is like being down by a takedown or an escape, with 10 seconds left on the third period. It's the amount of passion, discipline, and commitment that is going to give the better wrestler the glory of his hand being raised. What makes me a good candidate, well that's quite simple. AMBITION. It's my ambition. I can guarantee you'll never encounter someone else with the ambition like mine. As one of my idols once said, "Gold medals aren't really made out of gold. They are made out of sweat, determination, and hard to find alloy called guts". - Dan Gable
