Hello, I am currently a junior at Great Falls Central Catholic High School, looking forward to pursuing a wrestling career in college as I undergo my studies as a student. I have been dreaming for a while now that I want to do something "more" in my life, not just to skate by but to leave my mark everywhere I go, and I saw that opportunity in athletics and academics. My love for wrestling never came from the satisfaction of winning; in fact, it came from appreciating the grind, blood, sweat, and tears it took to finally achieve my first win. I personally believe that I would make a good candidate for a college wrestling team because I am willing to put the work in and I will never see myself satisfied with where I am at. I am always wanting to push myself to be better the next day. What makes me different from other recruits is that academically, I work hard to be the best in my environment, always seeking to set - and achieve - high goals. Though I have never considered myself a standout athlete, I know how to work hard, and have heart in all that I do, never missing an opportunity to get better. I consider myself easy to get along with while mainly wanting to stick around a group of people and leaders who push me to be a better version of myself. That environment of encouraging and caring leaders is what I am looking for in a team/staff who truly care about their athletes.
