I hope to continue to get better every day whether on the mat, field, weight room or classroom. My ultimate goals are to wrestle at a Division I college and qualify for the Olympics before my wrestling career is over. I hope that wrestling can open up educational opportunities that I may not have been able to get without it. I understand that hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. My goal in the weight room was to join the 1000 pound club (bench, squat, and dead lift), and I succeeded in August 2021 (summer going into Sophomore season). Wrestling is my passion, but I also love playing football and baseball. I decided not to play baseball as a freshman in HS because it was important for me wrestle the Olympic styles in the Spring. 2021 was my first season ever wrestling the Olympic styles, and I won the USAWNJ State Championship in Greco-Roman and took 5th in Freestyle. I am an honor roll student with a full schedule taking all Honors/Pre AP courses. I am still undecided on a college major, but I'd like to go to a prestigious academic institution that'll hopefully open doors for many job opportunities in my future. I'd also like to get into coaching after my athletic career is over.
