One thing that stands out about me is my work ethic and my leadership, I like to have fun but I also like to get the task done. I have been wrestling since I was 5 years old and started to compete around 6. I won my very first youth state championship in my first year of wrestling and continued to win 4 more after that. I won 10 youth prestigious national championships including Ohio Tournament of Champions, Empire Nationals, and Eastern Nationals. I Started wrestling Varsity in 7th grade at 99 lbs qualified for the State Tournament. In 8th grade at 99 lbs, I compiled a record of 43-3 and missed out on a state tournament wildcard. In 9th grade at 106, I won the section and qualified for states. In 10th grade I won the section again, and placed 5th in the state at 120 lbs. I also play on the varsity football team and start at running back and defensive back. In the spring I wrestle off season and train the weight room. Academically I focus on getting my work done and putting in the most effort I can. I am extremely competitive but I know how to take a loss. I want to grow and develop as a better wrestler over my last 2 years of high school and aim for a state championship. I believe I can bring a lot to a college wrestling team and I will train my hardest until I can do so.
